Day after day of writing time, in like-minded company, someone to chat to whilst you make a coffee during your hard-earned break, after hours of being immersed in your writing. Nothing but your writing. Banter around the roaring fire in sitting room after supper, and all the food and hot drinks and snacks and cake you could possibly require! Self-service breakfast at a time that suits you. Buffet lunch. Supper around the dinner table for a catch up with the others. Many make firm friends for years afterwards. Lovely thatched 1600s cottage in quaint North Devon village, nearest station 17 minutes away (Okehampton).Beautiful countryside walks, Gastro pub and village shop. NO CHORES.
Your own cosy room, writing desk, tea and coffee making facilities. Dressing gown and towels provided. (Nb Ensuite bathrooms – supplement – these usually go first.) Lotions and potions in shared bathrooms. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea/coffee/cake, supper including wine, all included.
