Join us for a writing week with relaxation, stretching, and an inspirational effect on your body from a daily yoga session. Plus really healthy food to help to keep your mind and body on track and no sugar crashes, unless you decide to have cake in which case have your cake and eat it! No one will be policing you if that’s what you prefer!
Jenny is a regular local instructor, and she will be guiding the group every evening before dinner, stretching out the knots you have worked up through the day by pounding the keyboard and getting that novel or thesis finished! Don’t worry it is not strenuous and complete beginners will be able to do it.
Price is just £104pppn (supplement for en suite from Spring) and we suggest you book early. £30 deposit now then balance on arrival.
Mon lunchtime to Friday lunchtime, or when ever you choose to arrive or leave. Special diets can be accommodated, just ask.
Our Local massage therapist and a local reflexologist are also available to be booked that week, if you really want an indulgent treat. Just ask.
