TIPS FOR SELF-EDITING
Jericho Writers service for authors, is worth subscribing to. This is their latest communication – six very credible tips when it comes to self-editing, with author Debi Alper. I remember seeing Debi at an early writers workshop festival, as they were. Now Jericho Writers, they offer an online self-editing course which Debi runs. The Rna gave her an award in 2021 for best editor so it’s worth a look!

James Blatch heads up one of the most influential organisations in the self publishing tutorial market, including the self publishing formula (Facebook groups, online courses and annual show in London usually). Here he explains how you can learn how to do it yourself. Steph, originally from Widnes, has lived and worked in places from Yorkshire to Guatemala before settling in Norfolk. Now retired, she enjoys horse riding, writing, and volunteering as a Magistrate. Visits to Bird Oswald Fort inspired her book series. Book 2, The Mithraeum Connection, was partly written at Debbie Flint’s retreat in Sheepwash.”Maybe you will spot her book in our bookshelves, the next time you visit!
If you are a former guest and you would love to be featured with your new book, just let me know when publication date is, and, a couple of weeks beforehand, send me your equivalent of the above. And of course, a signed book for our famous Author Bookshelves!
